Shipment and returns
For shipment to Belgium and Germany we charge €6,95 in shipping cost.
For an order over €75,00 we don’t charge any shipping cost.
We ship worldwide. At Worldwide Shipping you can find an overview of the shipping costs to various countries. If your country is not listed, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the country to which you’d like your order to be shipped. We will then inform you of the shipping cost via email.
You can pay in the following ways:
iDeal, Creditcard, Bancontact, PayPal, Belfius, Sofort banking, transfer in advance and payment upon collection.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-4 business days.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not business days.
Your package will normally be dispatched via a service of our choice (f.i. DPD, FedEx, UPS, etc.) on the same or next business day after cleared payment. We always confirm via email that your item has been shipped.
Reconsideration and returns
You ordered products are subject to a reconsideration period of fourteen (14) days, starting on the day of receipt of the product(s) ordered by you.
The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt. As long as it is in a resellable condition, i.e. in its original state, packaging and labels intact and has been stamped properly*. We ask you to send an email to email@example.com before you arranged the return shipment. Put the order number, the reason you are returning the product and a description of the product in the email. You will then receive an email from us, with our approval for a return shipment.
The amount you paid for the product will be transferred back to your account within 14 days after receipt. We ask you to pack the products properly, in order to prevent damage.
* By international returns the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.
